Shipment

We use either one of Parcelforce or DPD to ship all our orders on the website. DPD parcels are dispatched using the DPD Next Day service and Parcelforce parcels are dispatched using Express 24. At shipment we will send you the tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Returns

We guarantee our clients maximum peace of mind when purchasing from the website. So, if you’re unsatisfied with your product, you have the right to return it.

After the day of your delivery, the customer has a 30 day cooling-off period to return any product for a refund. You can return the product within 12 months of delivery for a repair/replacement free of charge. The cost to return the product is borne by the customer if it is a change of mind return.
